Sometimes we are certain about what the course of our trip is
Other times regardless of how hard we try, all we can do in rest in the assurance that HE IS
Nothing and no one can beat the assurance that He gives in the gentle whisper that HE IS
And we find the questions not quite as important as before when indeed we see HE IS
Through this great unknown called life; rough and rugged our meander can be
Not in wisdom or insight but in this assurance lies our strength
For when we stick close to Him, fruitful and happy our sojourn will be
Regardless of the our live’s depth or breadth or height or length
Because in reply to Moses our Lord said “I AM”
We can rest in the assurance that HE IS
